Our Journey’s Purpose
Dellini was born out of a frustration shared by many in the manufacturing world: training takes too long, expertise leaves with retiring workers, and downtime eats into margins.
Our founder, Zohour Hassan, spent years managing manufacturing processes before shifting to AI consulting. She saw firsthand how critical it is to preserve tribal knowledge and reduce inefficiencies.
Dellini exists to bridge that gap — combining deep industry experience with custom-built AI solutions that work in real-world shop floor environments.

Zohour has spent years managing complex manufacturing projects, directly witnessing the challenges companies face with training. With a background in both engineering and patient education, she knows a smarter, more adaptive solution is long overdue.

Taher is a data analyst and a self-taught business analyst who brings a sharp, ROI-focused lens to Dellini. He leads our audit practice, designing and executing strategies that identify inefficiencies, uncover automation opportunities, and translate them into clear, data-backed business cases.
